Reclaiming Yourself:
A Trauma-Informed Depth Immersion for the Ones Who Hold It All Together — and Are Ready to Come Into Wholeness.
Location: Eudaimonia — A Private Nature-Immersed Estate in Northern California
Format: 3 Days / 2 Nights
Facilitated by: Dr. Leona Kashersky, PsyD & Clinical Team
You have mastered resilience.
Now something deeper is ready to emerge.
You are the steady one.
The capable one.
The one others rely on.
You manage complexity.
You carry responsibility well.
You show up.
And yet —
beneath the competence,
there may be fatigue.
Unprocessed stress.
Relational patterns built in survival.
A nervous system that rarely fully settles.
This experience is designed for individuals whose lives function —
and who are ready for those lives to feel integrated.
May 15-17, 2026
This Is a Depth Experience
Grounded in trauma-informed principles, nervous system science, attachment research, and embodied relational work, this three-day immersion offers structured psychological learning and integration within a carefully held container.
You are not stepping away from your strength.
You are refining it.
Integrating it.
Expanding your capacity to inhabit it fully.
What You Will Experience
Over three carefully structured days, you will be guided through:
Nervous system regulation practices grounded in polyvagal-informed science
Structured reflection and integration processes
Relational learning within a curated, psychologically screened group
Somatic practices that support stress metabolism
Insight-to-embodiment integration exercises
This is immersive work — grounded, regulated, and intentionally paced.
The group is thoughtfully screened for fit and psychological safety.
The Six Phases of the Immersion
Phase I — Establishing Safety & Sacred Container
The foundation of all transformation begins with safety, consent, and intentional structure.
Phase II — Nervous System Literacy & Self-Recognition
Developing embodied awareness and learning to recognize your own internal patterns with clarity and compassion.
Phase III — Risking Connection
Practicing relational courage — moving beyond protective strategies into authentic contact.
Phase IV — Embodied Expression & Release
Accessing and releasing stored emotional material through guided experiential processes.
Phase V — Trauma-Informed Leadership
Translating personal healing into grounded presence, relational integrity, and aligned influence.
Phase VI — Integration, Commitment & Continuity
Anchoring insight into daily life with sustainable practices and a forward-facing commitment to growth.
The Setting
Held on a private forested estate in Northern California designed for restoration and depth work.
Quiet mornings.
Open land.
Thoughtfully prepared meals.
Intentional spaciousness.
An environment that allows the nervous system to soften.
Early application recommended.
Growth struggles in fragmentation.
In daily life, even high-capacity individuals remain in mobilization mode — leading, solving, holding.
Insight alone rarely integrates when life does not slow.
Immersion shifts the conditions.
Why Immersion Works
Extended time in a regulated relational field allows:
• Nervous system recalibration
• Repetition that strengthens new neural pathways
• Corrective relational experience
• Insight to become embodied capacity
Neuroplasticity responds to safety, intensity, and repetition.
Immersion provides all three.
You are not retreating.
You are deepening your well.
